I’m taking a beginning drawing art class at my college this semester. I have learned a few new things in class but nothing this informative. I still had so many things to learn and I searched everywhere for the answers and I found the answer in this book out of the many in my college’s library. I finally understand how to break down a human form and draw it as accurately as I possibly can. Now I feel comfortable developing my new talent instead of timidly pursuing my class work.

This book is a great “how-to” book because it actually teaches. As one reviewer said…some people who write “how to” books can’t teach . FAS has a long history of actually teaching art and this book is just a sample of the material from that school…which is STILL IN BUSINESS ( in this book is a FREE art lesson you can send in and get evaluated by an instructor ). Get all of these in the series and you won’t be disappointed!

I have always been interested in the human figure. Getting the proportions right while exhibiting action is difficult. This workbook is a excellent source to help accomplish this goal. Rikk
