In these modern times you are increasingly being faced with more and more problems and issues to cope with. Not all of these problems are purely medical. No doubt much of the popularity of James Bond is due to his total command of every situation and the obvious confidence he displays at all times.
We need confidence, but can we really improve on our self-confidence?
Can we really make our lives more enjoyable, or is that just an unattainable dream?

Confidence can be improved. We can learn to be more confident. But we have to go about it the right way; we have to work at it. We have to make an effort, and if that effort is well-directed we can make tremendous improvements in our confidence and thus in our sense of well-being. We can get more enjoyment out of our lives, more fulfilment, more pleasure. That is worth working for.

How to Become Confident

Mathew Appleton tells you that some people are born self-confident while others acquire it. He explains what confidence is, and points out that it is not always a permanent situation. Sometimes you are less confident than other times, but if you know what causes a lack of confidence on occasions you can learn what to do to avoid that.
