This is great for the beginner who wants to learn how to apply mindfulness to their daily living. It is easy to read and very easy to get through. A nice introduction to mindfulness!

This book was very well written and organized. Easy read. Very informative. I learned so much and it kept my attention. The worksheets were very helpful and the eight week course lay out was amazing. I highly recommend this book to anyone learning or teaching Mindfulness!
