Look, this is a general book. It will properly walk you through the big picture of what you need to do to set up a business, at least from a legal and contractual basis. That is rather important. By its nature, however, it isn’t specific. This book is applicable whether you are starting up a software firm or a gardening supply store. Because of that, however, it obviously lacks specificity. It is general, it is useful, and I would think it should be the first book you read if you are interested in starting your own business. But it shouldn’t be the last.
